Performance locations


The artists stage their performances in turn at approximately 40 locations in five Pflasterspektakel zones. At each of these locations the Pflasterspektakel-shows begin every hour, on the hour.

There are five Pflasterspektakel worlds in Linz city center:

  • "Dreamworld", Altstadt
  • "World of Rhythm", Taubenmarkt and Landstraße
  • "World of Fire", Hauptplatz
  • "World of Color", Promenade and Landhauspark
  • "World of Spectacle", Pfarrplatz and Domgasse

If the party mood has not yet reached fever pitch, it will once the samba procession starts! The Radio OÖ stage is also on Taubenmarkt.

Everyone wants to hit the heights... on a penny-farthing, with juggling with clubs or on stilts with the LINZ AG Spektakel-Tent!

Sound Courts and Street Theater in Special Places


Sound Courts
Unplugged or a-cappella. Music is heard in two courtyards, creating an “island of tranquility” in the middle of the turbulent hustle and bustle of the Pflasterspektakel. Daily 4 pm – 10 pm. More about the Sound Courts....
