BICYCLE

During the Pflasterspektakel approximately 200.000 People are moving around in the city centre. Leave your bike at one of the bike parking areas! At crowed places bicycles can become a tripping hazard. You find some bike parking areas at the festival map!

 

PUPLIC TRANSPORT Linz

Tram No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 Stop: Mozartkreuzung, Taubenmarkt, Hauptplatz or replacement buses during certain times of the festival (see Buses for Trams).

Several buses stop at the city centre of Linz.

BY TRAIN / BUS

Coming from Salzburg, Vienna, Passau, Graz, Prague: Linz Hauptbahnhof/ Central Station.

BY CAR

Coming from Salzburg and Vienna: the A1Westautobahn-motorway, exit Linz/Zentrum
Coming from Prague and Freistadt on the A7 Mühlkreisautobahn-motorway, exit Linz/Hafenstraße
Coming from Regensburg and Passau on the A8 Innkreisautobahn-motorway to the A1, exit Linz/ Zentrum or toll-free along the Danube on the B127.
Note: on Austrian motorways, a tax sticker "vignette" is compulsory!
